We recommend you check out Zillow's new AI-powered semantic search on their mobile app, which allows you to search homes with specific attributes - for example, "Homes in Bend under $600k on at least 1/4 acre." So far, they're the only technology that allows buyers to do this.

Be careful, though, don't narrow too much, or you risk leaving out something that could be perfect with a little work.
