We had a great experience buying a home with Matt as our realtor.  After unsuccessfully working through our list of 'top five homes' Matt said, "we really should visit this under-construction home".  It turned out to be perfect.  We made an offer the next day and had a signed agreement the day after.  As we neared move in date, Matt worked tirelessly to keep everything on schedule; he worked effectively with the builder, the builder's agent and our bank to get us into the home.  Now a year later we couldn't be happier with our perfect home.
