David Quiros

David Quiros was first licensed as a real estate sales person in Oregon in 1992 when he became the general manager, sales lead and construction manager for a 36 unit fractional interest development in Sunriver Oregon. After a successful stint in selling and building this project, David became a licensed General Contractor and specialized in residential renovation and investment property "flips". In 2001, as the Central Oregon real estate market was heating up, Mr. Quiros was recruited by the owners of Palmer Homes, a mid-sized Bend, Oregon based production builder, to head up their "custom homes division". During three and a half years with Palmer Homes, David built more than 150 homes and townhomes in the upscale Palmer subdivisions of Breabern, SilverRidge, RidgePointe, and also NorthWest Crossing. In 2005, Mr Quiros was recruited by the developers of NorthWest Crossing to lead their in-house new home sales effort and between 2005 and mid-2008 David and his team were responsible for all of the new home sales in this westside planned community. David's team sold more than 165 new homes during this period. In mid-2008, during a significant real estate slump, David left NorthWest Crossing to join Brooks Resources Realty and subsequently joined RE/MAX Key Properties. From 2008 until the present, Mr Quiros has been a top propucer for residential real estate, focusing primarily on westside residential resales and representing several builders in selling thier NorthWest Crossing and other central Oregon spec homes.
