Gail Lewis

A Southern California transplant, Gail first discovered the allure of Central Oregon in 2012 when she and her husband purchased their first Bend property with Matt Johnson's guidance. Their connection to the area deepened over the years through multiple real estate transactions, eventually leading to their permanent relocation in 2022 after Gail concluded a distinguished 30-year career as a longshoreman at the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.

As Executive Assistant to Matt Johnson and Team Coordinator for The Johnson Group, Gail brings exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills honed through her decades of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Her firsthand experience as a client gives her unique insight into the emotional and practical aspects of real estate transactions, making her an invaluable resource for both the team and its clients. In her role, she manages transaction coordination, client communications, and assists with the team's signature events while ensuring operations run smoothly.

Gail is deeply involved in the Bend community, where she and her husband are active members of their local church. An avid traveler who has explored destinations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, she brings a global perspective and cultural awareness to her work. When not in the office, Gail can be found on the pickleball court, hiking Central Oregon's trails, or reading a good novel.
